At MP Telecom, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We ensure quality products and reliable service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working

  • You received a wrong product

  • The item is missing parts or accessories

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.


Conditions for Return

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, box, and accessories

  • Must include invoice/receipt

  • Any tampered or physically damaged products will not be accepted


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Software, memory cards, earphones, and other personal-use accessories

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or electrical issues

  • Items purchased under discount, clearance, or promotional offers


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, product photos/videos, and issue details

  3. Once approved, send the product to our return address

  4. After inspection, your return will be processed


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued via bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Bank Transfer

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable


Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced with the same model (subject to stock availability)

  • Replacement shipping may take 3–7 working days


Warranty Claims

Some products carry manufacturer warranty. In such cases, customers must directly contact the brand service center for warranty service.


Return Shipping Cost

  • If MP Telecom made a mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will bear the shipping cost
